The band started out of Rich's back garden in Old Woking, Surrey. the Demos being recorded out of his Shed at the bottom of his mum and Dads garden. originally all the track were recorded on 4 track Tuscan Cassette tape and added to as you would normally do in the big studios. Mash and Will had been in a band called"sad sac" based out of Clinton, near Guildford, but Didn't really achieve very much, Pete came from. a country Rock band called"Chester" who were a bit bummed as they had just finished recording an album in Croydon. "The Click" were formed and started rehearsals back in 1981.
